REQUEST YOUR CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

The thermal oils (better defined fluids for heat transfer) are now widely used for many years in almost all industries, because of several factors that characterize the benefits of their employment , first of all the high safety of operation, and because they allow you to work at very high temperatures with very low pressures.
In the design phase of a new facility, or in connection with the replacement of the charge, it is important to make an assessment of the type of oil that is more appropriate to use; this evaluation must have as a prerequisite the knowledge of the characteristics that differ from a synthetic mineral oil and then examine these as a function of a specific system for evaluating for example the temperature that you need to get, the type of plant and the characteristics of its components, the dislocation and types of utilities, the toxicity values of the fluid and the precautions for its use and disposal.
The types of oils on the market today can be divided basically into two classes: mineral and synthetic. Mineral oils are born as semi-finished products from the processing of crude oil in the refinery: by vacuum distillation and extraction with selective solvents, bases are obtained for the production of lubricating oils, depending on the use they should have in industry these will need to have further treatment and / or additives.
The steady performance of chemical and physical analyzes on oil is one of the key initiatives to ensure the charge a long operating life, with adequate yields, in accordance with the system in which it circulates with the maximum safety of involved staff in its operation.
The Standard UNI 8061 is applicable to heating systems which use liquid heat transfer fluids for the transfer of heat other than water usually called diathermic fluids.
